WHACK ‘n SMACK, welcomes you to vent your frustration and outrage as Donald Trump violates the law and denies reality, as he stumbles and staggers from one self-inflicted crisis to the next.

P. T. Barnum who was an American showman, politician, and businessman remembered for promoting celebrated hoaxes, pales in comparison to likes of Donald J. Trump.

Like Barnum, Trump is little more than a narcissistic, unprincipled, self-promoter, with a firm belief that there’s a sucker born every minute. Consequently, it should come as no surprise that Donald Trump always has, and always will, put his personal agenda ahead of anyone or anything that gets in his way, including the best interests of the nation.

Recognized as the leader of stupidity, insensitivity, and all-round jackassery, members of the United Nations laugh in the face of a President who would rather lie than lead and a world-class example of moral, material, and political corruption.

The complete and unwavering loyalty that Trump demands flows in one direction and that’s toward Trump, for the benefit of Trump, not from Trump. His definition of loyalty is really quite simple and executed in a manner not unlike that of a mob boss. “Support Donald Trump in anything he says and does, no matter what, or else.”

As the poster boy of someone who is willing to lie, swindle and destroy anyone or anything that gets in his way, he reels with indignation, making unsubstantiated claims about Joe Biden and his son. Meanwhile, The Trump Organization, his two idiot sons Don Jr. and Eric, daughter Ivanka and son-in-law Jared, without embarrassment, shame, or fear of consequence, continue to hawk their wares to the world like the carnival barkers they are.

We need to stop asking Trump “How dumb can you get?” as he seems to interpret it as a challenge!

It’s time to put up the Festivus Pole, take part in “The Airing of Grievances”, which is an opportunity to tell others how they have disappointed you in the past year, and complete in the "Feats of Strength" where the head of the household must be pinned and held accountable.

But, be careful not to SMACK the wrong person.
Lay a finger on Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, Pete Buttigieg, Barack Obama or any of the ladies and you will lose points.
Warning: Put the hit on Robert Mueller or Nancy Pelosi and you’ll lose points big time.

Like Big Foot, the Loch Ness Monster, aliens from space and the Chupacabra, Donald Trump remains one of the great mysteries of life.

Donald Trump faces impeachment.
The character of our elected representatives is about to be tested.
The question of misplaced loyalty to party over country will be answered and the country will define its priorities for the rest of the world.
We can only hope that those elected to represent us have the wisdom to determine what is too much loyalty and act accordingly.

If truth and justice prevail and Trump is impeached, he will place the blame squarely on the shoulders of witch-hunting Americans and institutions they control. He will declare victory , hold his head high, puff up his chest and wear his impeachment as a badge of honor.

But for now, the question remains, can American Democracy, or the world for that matter, survive Donald Trump?
